Prehnite, Calcite and Quartz on Matrix – NAM 020

Description:  A prehnite ball (25 mm diameter) shares a basalt matrix with quartz ancd calcite crystals. 

The prehnite has a few flaws and a contact mark. The specimen has been trimmed on two sides of its matrix, to display better.
