Smoky Quartz Crystals with Feldspar - NAM 039

Measurements:  65 x 50 x 45 mm 

Description:  A group of smoky quartz crystals with feldspar. 

The termination points have only minute nicks (barely visible with the naked eye), while the rest of the specimen has a few nicks, flaws and contact marks. 

A crack has been stabilized with cyanoacrylate glue.

Weight of Specimen:  96 g

                                       AlSi₃O₈ (feldspar)

Hardness on Mohs Scale:  (quartz)  7
                                           (feldspar) 6 - 6.5
