Measurements: 90 x 58 x 40 mm Description: Citrine quartz crystals with inclusions, that could be hematite, sit on a quartz / basalt matrix. The crystals were originally amethyst, but the specimen was then baked at a high temperature (roughly 400 degrees C) for about half a day, which turned the colour to citrine. The specimen has a few nicks. It displays well on a flat surface, all-round. The base of the matrix has been trimmed.
